
Return Policy
1) Return Window (30 Days)
You may request a return within 30 days of the date you receive your order, provided the item meets the eligibility requirements below.
2) Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.
- Items should be returned with original packaging (if applicable).
- A proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or confirmation email) is required.
Non-returnable items (if applicable):
Some items may not be eligible for return, including perishable goods, personalized/custom items, intimate/health products, final sale items, gift cards, and digital products. If these do not apply, you may remove this section.3) How to Request a Return
To start a return, please submit a return request through the store’s support or order page and include:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you want to return
- The reason for the return (optional)
If your return is approved, return instructions and the return address will be provided.
Important: Do not send items back without an approved return request, as the return may not be processed.
4) Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective item, or damaged in transit), return shipping will be covered or a prepaid label may be provided where available.
- If the return is for personal reasons (changed mind, incorrect selection, etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Returns lost in transit may not be eligible for a refund.
5) Refunds (Within 3 Days After We Receive the Return)
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you whether the refund is approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 3 days after we receive the returned item(s). The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Note: Banks and card issuers may take additional time to post the refund.
6) Exchanges (Optional)
If you would like an exchange, please submit an exchange request through the store’s support or order page. Exchanges are subject to availability. If exchanges are not offered, this section may be removed.
7) Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please submit a request through the store’s support or order page as soon as possible and include photos where applicable.
8) Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your card issuer (posting times vary)
- Contact your bank (processing time may apply)
If the refund still has not appeared after these steps, please submit a request through the store’s support or order page.
